Who is OhBonjour for?
Anyone starting French from scratch or brushing it up. Explanations are available in eight languages, including English and German – you always learn French.
How does the AI speaking partner work?
Pick a scene, like a café or a hotel, and just start talking. Marcel answers in French in real time, shows subtitles and adds correction cards with a better phrasing and a “Literally said” translation.
Does the app score my pronunciation?
Marcel gives you pronunciation tips during the chat, and you can record yourself and compare with the model voice. It’s not a certified automatic pronunciation score – and we don’t pretend it is.
What’s free and what does Plus cost?
Free: chapter 1 with 8 stages, all reviews and a three-minute trial chat. OhBonjour Plus unlocks all 80 stages and up to 15 conversation minutes a day – with 7 days free on the yearly plan.
How do I cancel?
Anytime in your Apple ID settings under “Subscriptions”. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.
What happens to my voice?
The app has not been publicly released yet. A separate app-specific privacy policy will be available before release.
Which devices does OhBonjour run on?
iPhone and iPad with iOS 17 or later.
